PA. II & NYAMA NYAMA SOUND

Pa.II is a Nigerian born singer/songwriter currently residing in Sudbury Ontario. His sound is a blend of genres (Afrobeats, R&B, dancehall and hip-hop primarily) making for a versatile artist. His soft yet strong vocals are accompanied with intricate production and vibrant beat to encompass his sound are key highlights of his alternate approach to making music.

He first came onto the scene officially in 2014 after the release of his debut self produced project in the form of the triple threat- ILLAH XYZ. This release birth what is known today as the ILLAH SERIES, a play on his last name Pillah and in reference to the music being sicker than the rest- (ILLER). NYAMA NYAMA SOUND was launched shortly after and has been the home to an LP- Nyamanyama Exp and another EP- ILLAH V. The Nyama Nyama Sound band lead by Pa.II makes every recorded track come alive on stage. The experience is immersive and invigorating.
